In the rare event an item is unavailable, we may substitute with a product of equal or greater value, always maintaining the overall look and feel of the gift. All gift boxes include standard processing and shipping (3-5 business days) in the built-in $16 shipping fee.
Need it faster? We offer two rush options:
Rush Processing - $20 extra Your order moves to the front of the line and ships within 1-2 business days
Express Shipping Upgrade - $35 extra Your order will ship on the next business day after order is placed

Because our items are curated and many gifts are time-sensitive, we do not accept returns. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
